You won’t be surprised to hear that last term we noticed a resurgence in the Pokémon fad.  Here at Rosary School, we would like to nurture the many benefits of the game and to assist children in learning the many skills associated with it.

We have therefore decided to set up a lunchtime Pokémon Club in the Hall on Thursdays at lunch time.  Children can bring their cards along that day and play the game.

On other days, children and families are asked not to bring the cards along to school.

Benefits:

  • learning to follow instructions/rules of the game skills.
  • social / collaboration skills
  • sportsmanship skills
  • problem solving skills
  • adaptability skills
  • critical and analytical thinking skills
  • independent or quiet time play skills
  • reading skills
